Once upon a time there was a woman who had it all: glamour, passion and a lot of fun: Lady Madrid.

She governed her city as if she were Victoria herself (at the top of the Prado Museum) and, by extension, embodies women's history in Madrid.

Vinyl, rose, kingfisher, lace tattoo and cat were always her favorite attributes. With her, they celebrate the continuous movement of the city that happily shouts that the center of the world is called… Madrid.

Lady Madrid has its origins in the tradition of cañas and tapas, but also the Movida, the music, the endless nights that define Madrid life. She welcomes the future with both hands as if it was a cocktail that you sip and where the world can fit.

In short, friends, Rebeka presents you with a tribute to the feminine Madrid, the strong and vulnerable, the cosmopolitan and traditional. The unique and contradictory, Lady Madrid.

Rebeka looks at reality with curiosity: she simplifies it and reconstructs it, with an image that is made of many at the same time. With collage, Rebeka found a way to give a second meaning to images from other times and create an artistic and very personal universe that exalts the role of women in art and in life.
