Mar Cerdeira is a graphic designer and visual artist with experience in various techniques, among which collage is her favorite.
Mar has found in collage a form of expression, through which she manages to capture and transmit the beauty she discovers in the most everyday moments and places, giving us a moving invitation to appreciate the poetry hidden in our daily lives .
Kilómetro Cero is his first collaboration with THE MADRILEÑER and conveys his fresh and elegant vision of new beginnings in Madrid.
The creative process
Red carnations and the iconic Telefónica building , symbols of the city, come to life in this collage. The bear and the strawberry tree , as decorative elements, evoke the emotional connection to Madrid, reminding us that a true "Madrileñer" always carries a piece of the city in their heart.
In this work by Mar Cerdeira, the essence of Madrid merges with the serenity of a cozy living room, creating a work that resonates with the emotion of returning home.
